I aimed to capture the early 2000s teen girl magazine aesthetic. I was Inspired by American Girl Doll books and the heavy pink visuals I grew up with, In my process work I created a collage-style mood board centered on young adult themes. My final design includes hand-drawn illustrations with custom swimsuit designs, and a pink palette to reflect 2000s aesthetics I separated the “How to Travel on a Budget” section for clarity and used purple to contrast a stressed character versus relaxed ones.
