STORM CASTLE MENU

RE-DESIGN

Having been to Storm Castle, I channeled their relaxed, comfortable vibe into my menu design. I included spot illustrations and hand drew the title to create a warm, welcoming feeling. Simplicity was key in my design process. I designed with the image in mind of someone pointing an item on the menu to their grandma, which helped guide my choices in layout and legibility. I wanted the menu to feel easy to read and approachable. To enhance the tactile experience, I printed it on textured tan paper, evoking a familiar, comforting feeling, like the inside of Storm Castle does for its patrons.
